APPOINTMENT OF FULL-TIME MEMBER OF STATE DRUG CRIME
COMMISSION.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Mr. Phillip Alexander Bradley
be appointed as a full-time member of the State Drug
Crime Commission of New South Wales, for a term of five
years commencing 17th July, as proposed in Cabinet
Minute 89-213, dated 19th June, 1989, submitted by the
Minister for Police and Emergency Services in relation
to this matter.

The Minister for Police and Emergency Services is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including arrangements for the necessary
medical examination.
JUDICIAL APPOINTMENTS.
Approval was given to proposals by the Attorney General
in respect of the following appointments:His Honour Judge Jeremy Badgery-Parker Q.C., as a
Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, on
and from 25th July, 1989.
Mr. Paul Webb, Q.C., as an Acting Judge of the
Supreme Court of New South Wales, for the period
16th October to 1st December, 1989.
Master George Samuel Sharpe as a Judge of the
Supreme Court of New South Wales, on and from 26th
July, 1989.
Mr. Barrie Clive Hungerford Q.C., as a Judicial
Member and Deputy President of the Industrial
Commission of New South Wales on and from 13th
July, 1989.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action
to give effect to Cabinet's decisions.
