SPECIAL PURPOSE PRISON ANNEX.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-184, dated 4th May, 1989, submitted by
the Minister for Corrective Services in relation to this
matter.
The Minister for Corrective Services is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.

PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT (EXECUTIVES)
AMENDMENT BILL, 1989 AND COGNATE BILLS.

Approval was given to the provisions of the Public
Sector Management (Executives) Amendment Bill, 1989 and
cognate Bills as summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-208,
dated 2nd June, 1989, submitted by the Premier,
Treasurer, and Minister for Ethnic Affairs in relation
to this matter, subject to:*
clarification of the assessments by Cullen, Egan
and Dell.
