PROPOSED CLASSIFICATION AND MINISTERIAL CONTROL OF STATE
ORGANISATIONS.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-181, dated 30th April, 1989, submitted
by the Premier, Treasurer and Minister for Ethnic
Affairs in relation to this matter.
2.
PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE LAW REFORM (VICARIOUS
LIABILITY) ACT, 1983.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-196, dated 15th May, 1989, submitted
by the Attorney General, in relation to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE MINORS (PROPERTY AND
CONTRACTS) ACT, 1970.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-197, dated 16th May, 1989, submitted
by the Attorney General in relation to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
