JUDICIAL APPOINTMENT.
Cabinet endorsed a proposal by the Attorney General that
Mr. Kevin James Holland, Q.C., be appointed as an Acting
Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision.
