PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF CROWN PROSECUTORS.
Cabinet approved of recommendations being made to the
Governor-in-Council that the following persons be
appointed as Crown Prosecutors:Paul Marshall Winch
Kishor Nand Govind
Jennifer Wright
Paul Kevin Lynch,
as proposed in Cabinet Minute 89-201, dated 22nd May,
1989, submitted by the Attorney General in relation to
this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
arrangements for the necessary medical examinations.

MOUNT PANORAMA MOTOR
RACING BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Mount
Panorama Motor Racing Bill, 1989, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 89-202, dated 22nd May, 1989 submitted by
the Minister for Sport, Recreation and Racing in
relation to this matter.

JUDICIAL APPOINTMENT.
Cabinet endorsed a proposal by the Attorney General that
Mr. Brian Thomas Sully, Q.C., be appointed as a Judge of
the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
necessary medical examination.
