COGNATE BILL.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Road
Improvement (Special Funding) Bill, 1989 and Cognate
Business Franchise Licences (Petroleum Products) (Road
Funding) Amendment Bill, 1989, as summarised in Cabinet
Minute 89-178, dated 1st May, 1989, submitted by the
Minister for Transport in relation to this matter.
DARLING HARBOUR AUTHORITY-EASTERN PROMENADE SITE.
Approval was given to the recommendation contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-179, dated 1st May, 1989, submitted
jointly by the Deputy Premier and Minister for State
Development, and the Minister for Local Government and
Planning, in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Local Government and Planning is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision.
CO-OPERATION (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Co-operation
(Amendment) Bill, 1989, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
89-180, dated 1st May, 1989, submitted by the Minister
for Business and Consumer Affairs in relation to this
matter.
