Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-132, dated 13th April, 1989 submitted
by the Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs in
relation to this matter; subject to:*

and consultation with the Attorney
General in the drafting of legislation.
The Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
FISHERIES AND OYSTER FARMS (PENALTIES AND ENFORCEMENT)
AMENDMENT BILL, 1989.

Approval was given to the provisions of the Fisheries
and Oyster Farms (Penalties and Enforcement) Amendment
Bill, 1989, as summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-148 dated
17th April, 1989 submitted by the Minister for
Agriculture and Rural Affairs in relation to this
matter.
PSYCHOLOGISTS BILL 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the
Psychologists Bill, 1989, as summarised in Cabinet
Minute 89-150, dated 17th April, 1989, submitted by the
Minister for Health, and Arts in relation to this
matter.
