AMENDMENT TO THE CRIMES ACT, 1900.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-89, dated, 19th March, 1989, submitted
by the Attorney General, in relation to this matter
subject to:* in Recommendation 3.1 (iv) a maximum
fine of $50,000.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE LIMITATION ACT, 1969.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-74, dated, 14th March, 1989, submitted
by the Attorney General, in relation to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.

CRIMES ACT, 1900.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-76, dated, 13th March, 1989, submitted
by the Attorney General, in relation to this matter,
subject to:* consultation with the Minister for Police and
Emergency Services and the Minister for Family
and Community Services in the drafting of the
legislation.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
