PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE FLUORIDATION OF PUBLIC WATER
SUPPLIES ACT 1957.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-49, dated 22nd February, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Health, and Arts, in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Health, and Arts, is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.

PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO ESTABLISH THE MURRAY VALLEY
CITRUS MARKETING BOARD.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-52, dated 23rd Feburary, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Agriculture and Rural
Affairs, in relation to this matter, subject to:*
the Crown Solicitor being satisfied that
the proposal will have no major constitutional
implications.
The Minister for Agriculture and Rural Affairs is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
AMENDMENT TO THE CRIMES ACT 1900.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-60, dated 27th February, 1989,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
