SITE PREPARATION ON FORMER STATE DOCKYARD SITE TO
ACCOMMODATE THE ANZAC SHIP PROJECT.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-80, dated 16th March, 1989, submitted
by the Deputy Premier, Minister for State Development,
and Public Works, in relation to this matter.
The Deputy Premier, Minister for State Development, and
Public Works is to take the necessary action to give
effect to Cabinet's decision.

ECNSW SURPLUS POWER STATION SITES.
Approval was given to the recommendation contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-31, dated 16th March, 1989, submitted
by the Deputy Premier, Minister for State Development,
and Public Works, in relation to this matter.
The Deputy Premier, Minister for State Development, and
Public Works is to take the necessary action to give
effect to Cabinet's decision.

URBAN DEVELOPMENT FINANCING STRATEGIES FOR THE WATER
BOARD.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 89-9, dated 23rd
January, 1989, submitted by the Minister for the
Environment and Assistant Minister for Transport, in
relation to this matter was deferred.
EXTENSION OF TERM OF ASSISTANT OMBUDSMAN.
Cabinet approved of a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Mr. Gregory Andrews'
appointment as Assistant Ombudsman be extended by two
years beyond his present one-year term, as proposed in
Cabinet Minute 89-78, dated 15th March, 1989, submitted
by the Premier, Treasurer and Minister for Ethnic
Affairs, in relation to this matter.
