APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE OPERATIONS REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE INDEPENDENT COMMISSION AGAINST
CORRUPTION.
Cabinet approved of a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that the following persons be
appointed as Members of the Operations Review Committee
of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, for
periods of twelve months, as proposed in Cabinet Minute
89-82, dated 14th March, 1989, submitted by the Premier,
in relation to this matter:Major-General Ronald Alwyn Grey;
Professor Brent Fisse;
Mr. Jack Napier Davenport;
Sister Margaret Mary McGovern; and
Mr. William John Robinson.

FUNDING OF MOTOR VEHICLE THIRD PARTY TAIL AND RELATED
ISSUES.
Approval was given to the recommendations of the Cabinet
sub-Committee on Funding of Motor Vehicle Third Party
Tail and Related Issues, submitted by the Premier, in
relation to this matter, subject to:* the indexation provision in Paragraph 1(ii)
being directed to "inflation", not wage
inflation, and
•
* the exclusion of pensioners from the levy.
