APPOINTMENT OF PART-TIME CHAIRMAN OF THE LAW REFORM
COMMISSION.
Cabinet endorsed a proposal by the Attorney General that
the Honourable Robert Marsden Hope, A.C., C.M.G., be
appointed to the position of Part-time Chairman of the
Law Reform Commission, effective from 5th February,
1990.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
Governor-in-Council approval.

APPOINTMENT OF COMPENSATION COMMISSIONER.
Cabinet endorsed a proposal by the Attorney General that
Mr. Jim Cross be appointed as a Compensation
Commissioner, for a period of three years.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
Governor-in-Council approval.
