PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF MAGISTRATES OF THE LOCAL COURT.
Approval was given to the following persons being placed
on an eligibility list for appointment as a Magistrate,
as and when vacancies occur, as proposed in Cabinet
Minute 89-458, dated 8th December, 1989, submitted by
the Attorney General, in relation to this matter:Dragan Carl Milovanovich
Gary John Cocks
Ian Phillip Barnett

Ross Clugston
Janet Christina Ruth Stevenson
Leslie John Brennan
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
arrangements for the necessary medical examinations and
Governor-in-Council approval.

APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR-GENERAL, DEPARTMENT OF
INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS AND EMPLOYMENT.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Dr. Colin Gellatly be appointed
as Director-General, Department of Industrial Relations
and Employment, for a term of five years, as proposed in
Cabinet Minute 89-459, dated 8th December, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Industrial Relations and
Employment, in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Industrial Relations and Employment is
to take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including arrangements for the necessary
medical examination.
