PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE BISHOP TYRRELL TRUST
(AMENDMENT) ACT, 1939, TO REMOVE THE PROHIBITION ON THE
SALE OF CERTAIN WESTERN LANDS LEASES THAT COMPRISE PART
OF "BRENDA STATION".

Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-450, dated 29th November, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Natural. Resources in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Natural Resources is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.

ESTUARY RESTORATION WORKS.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-456, dated 7th December, 1989,
submitted by the Deputy Premier, Minister for State
Development, and Public Works, in relation to this
matter.
The Deputy Premier, Minister for State Development, and
Public Works is to take the necessary action to give
effect to Cabinet's decision.
