PROPOSED INTRODUCTION OF A REVISED PASSENGER TRANSPORT
ACT.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-351, dated 17th October, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Transport, in relation to
this matter.
The Minister for Transport is to take the necessary
action to give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
the preparation of the necessary legislation.

ENDORSEMENT OF THE WATER BOARD'S SPECIAL ENVIRONMENTAL
PROGRAM AND COMMENCEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
PROGRAM.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-449, dated 30th November, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for the Environment, in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for the Environment is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.

APPOINTMENT OF FULL TIME MEMBER OF THE STATE DRUG CRIME
COMMISSION OF NEW SOUTH WALES.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Mr. Clarence Raymond Briese he
appointed as a Full-Time Member of the State Drug Crime
Commission of New South Wales, as proposed in Cabinet
Minute 89-452, dated 1st December, 1989, submitted by
the Minister for Police and Emergency Services, in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Police and Emergency Services is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including arrangements for the necessary
medical examination.
