MENTAL HEALTH BILL, 1989 AND COGNATE BILLS.
Consideration was given to the Mental Health Bill, 1989
and Cognate Bills, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
89-434, dated 22nd November, 1989, submitted by the
Minister for Health, and Arts, in relation to this
matter.
Cabinet approved of the Minister for Health, and Arts:*
tabling the Bills as exposure drafts; and
making a Ministerial Statement outlining the areas
of concern.
