PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEES ENABLING BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the
Parliamentary Committees Enabling Bill, 1989, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-445, dated 27th
November, 1989, submitted by the Premier, Treasurer, and
Minister for Ethnic Affairs, in relation to this matter.
FINE ENFORCEMENT LEGISLATION (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.

Approval was given to the provisions of the Fine
Enforcement Legislation (Amendment) Bill, 1989, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-442, dated 27th
November, 1989, submitted by the Attorney General, in
relation to this matter.
PHARMACY (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.
Further consideration was given to the provisions of the
Pharmacy (Amendment) Bill, 1989, presently in
Parliament.

Cabinet decided that provision to permit pharmacists to
be in partnership with spouses, is to be included in the
regulations.
The Minister for Health, and Arts is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.
