Cognate Bills, as summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-439,
dated 24th November, 1989, submitted by the Minister for
Industrial Relations and Employment, in relation to this
matter.

(MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Coroners
(Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, 1989, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 89-441, dated 27th November, 1989,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
PERMANENT BUILDING SOCIETIES (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Permanent
Building Societies (Amendment) Bill, 1989, as summarised
in Cabinet Minute 89-444, dated 27th November, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Business and Consumer
Affairs, in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs is to
report back to Cabinet prior to the proclamation to
commence the legislation.
CRIMES (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989 AND COGNATE BILL.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Crimes
(Amendment) Bill, 1989, and Cognate Bill, as summarised
