INDUSTRIAL ARBITRATION (ENTERPRISE BARGAINING) AMENDMENT
BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Industrial
Arbitration (Enterprise Bargaining) Amendment Bill,
1989, as summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-424, dated 20th
November, 1989, submitted by the Minister for Industrial
Relations and Employment, in relation to this matter.
8.
PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRPERSONS, GOVERNMENT AND
RELATED EMPLOYEES APPEAL TRIBUNAL.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Mr. Richard Patrick John
Noonan, and Mr. Garry James Still, be appointed as
Chairpersons, Government and Related Employees Appeal
Tribunal, as proposed in Cabinet Minute 89-319, dated
22nd September, 1989, submitted by the Attorney General,
in relation to this matter, subject to:*
the appointments being until the 30th June, 1991.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
arrangements for the necessary medical examinations.

PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Public
Finance and Audit (Amendment) Bill, 1989, as summarised
in Cabinet Minute 89-435, dated 22nd November, 1989,
submitted by the Premier, Treasurer, and Minister for
Ethnic Affairs, in relation to this matter.
