(Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill (No. 3), 1989, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-422, dated 20th
November, 1989, submitted by the Attorney General, in
relation to this matter, subject to:*

and Audit Act, 1983, except for those effecting s.4
as outlined in paragraph 5.52 of the Cabinet
Minute.
CHILDREN (DETENTION CENTRES) AMENDMENT BILL,
1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Children
(Detention Centres) Amendment Bill, 1989, as summarised
in Cabinet Minute 89-427, dated 20th November, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Family and Community
Services, in relation to this matter, subject to:*
inclusion of the amendments outlined in the
Minister's letter of 23rd November, 1989.

PIPELINES (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Pipelines
(Amendment) Bill, 1989, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
89-429, dated 21st November, 1989, submitted by the
