the omission of Clause 18(6) from the Bill.
WORKERS COMPENSATION (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.

Compensation (Amendment) Bill, 1989, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 89-425, dated 20th November, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Industrial Relations and
Employment, in relation to this matter.
DAIRY INDUSTRY (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Dairy
Industry (Amendment) Bill, 1989, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 89-428, dated 20th November, 1989,
submitted jointly by the Minister for Agriculture and
Rural Affairs, and the Minister for Business and
Consumer Affairs, in relation to this matter.

(Road Safety) Amendment Bill, 1989, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 89-408, dated 13th November, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Transport in relation to
this matter, subject to:*
