ACT 1967.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-370, dated 3rd November, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Business and Consumer
Affairs, in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.

LANDLORD AND TENANT (RENTAL BONDS) AMENDMENT BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Landlord and
Tenant (Rental Bonds) Amendment Bill, 1989, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-415, dated 15th
November, 1989, submitted by the Minister for Housing,
in relation to this matter.
PROPOSED NEW WHEAT MARKETING LEGISLATION FOR NEW SOUTH
WALES.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-412, dated 14th November, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Agriculture and Rural
Affairs, in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Agriculture and Rural Affairs is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
FACTORIES, SHOPS AND INDUSTRIES (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Factories,
Shops and Industries (Amendment) Bill, 1989, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-419, dated 17th
November, 1989, submitted by the Minister for Industrial
Relations and Employment, in relation to this matter.
