PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO ESTABLISH A REAL ESTATE SERVICES
CORPORATION.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-368, dated 2nd November, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Housing, in relation to
this matter, subject to:*
•
the consumer representative of the Real Estate
Services Council being selected by the Minister for
Housing, after consultation with the Minister for
Business and Consumer Affairs.
The Minister for Housing is to take the necessary action
to give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO SUPERANNUATION ADMINISTRATION
LEGISLATION FOR FUNDING OF THE NSW SUPERANNUATION OFFICE
AND OTHER MACHINERY AMENDMENTS TO SUPERANNUATION
LEGISLATION.

Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-376, dated 9th November, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Industrial Relations and
Employment, in relation to this matter, subject to:*
levy of $2.55; and
ability to transfer being limited to twelve months.
The Minister for Industrial Relations and Employment is
to take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
