AMENDMENT BILL.
Approval was given to the provisions of the National
Parks and Wildlife (Unauthorised Use of Land) Amendment
Bill, 1989, as summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-56, dated
27th February, 1989, submitted by the Minister for the
Environment in relation to this matter.
GAMING AND BETTING (AMENDMENT) BILL.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Gaming and
Betting (Amendment) Bill, 1989, as summarised in Cabinet
Minute 89-61, dated 1st March, 1989, submitted by the
Chief Secretary and Minister for Tourism in relation to
this matter.
GAMING AND BETTING (RACING) AMENDMENT BILL.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Gaming and
Betting (Racing) Amendment Bill, 1989, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 89-59, dated 28th February, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Sport, Recreation and
Racing in relation to this matter.
