TRAFFIC (ROAD SAFETY) AMENDMENT BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Traffic
(Road Safety) Amendment Bill, 1989, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 89-408, dated 13th November, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Transport, in relation to
this matter, subject to:
the omission of minimum penalties; and
•
the Minister for Transport reporting back to
Cabinet on Victorian attitudes to the commencement
of speed limiters, and the definition of heavy
vehicles.
COMMUNITY LAND DEVELOPMENT BILL, 1989 AND COGNATE BILLS.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Community
Land Development Bill, 1989 and cognate Bills, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-391, dated 10th
November, 1989, submitted by the Minister for Natural
Resources, in relation to this matter.
