AMENDMENT BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the
Telecommunications (Interception) (New South Wales)
Amendment Bill, 1989, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
89-396, dated 11th November, 1989, submitted by the
Attorney General, in relation to this matter.

PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF GENERAL MANAGER, WORKERS'
COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION AUTHORITY.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Mr. Ian Wallace Ramsay be
appointed as General Manager, WorkCover Authority for a
term of 5 years, as proposed in Cabinet Minute 89-404,
dated 11th November, 1989, submitted by the Minister for
Industrial Relations and Employment, in relation to this
matter.
The Minister for Industrial Relations and Employment is
to take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision.

STATE BANK (CORPORATISATION) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the State Bank
(Corporatisation) Bill, 1989, as summarised in Cabinet
Minute 89-410, dated 14th November, 1989, submitted by
the Premier, Treasurer and Minister for Ethnic Affairs,
in relation to this matter.
