Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Further Amendment
Bill, 1989, and Cognate Bills, as summarised in Cabinet
Minute 89-402, dated 13th November, 1989, submitted by
the Premier, Treasurer, and Minister for Ethnic Affairs,
in relation to this matter.

Approval was given to the provisions of the Trade
Measurement Bill, 1989, and Cognate Bill, as summarised
in Cabinet Minute 89-382, dated 8th November, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Business and Consumer
Affairs, in relation to this matter.
CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (FINES) AMENDMENT BILL, 1989.

(AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Catchment
Management Bill, 1989, and Soil Conservation (Amendment)
Bill, 1989, as summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-407,
dated 13th November, 1989, submitted jointly by the
Minister for Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the
Minister for Natural Resources, in relation to this
