Approval was given to the provisions of the Stewards'
Foundation Bill, 1989, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
89-399, dated 13th November, 1989, submitted by the
Attorney General, in relation to this matter.

MOTOR VEHICLES'TAXATION (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Motor
Vehicles Taxation (Amendment) Bill, 1989, as summarised
in Cabinet Minute 89-401, dated 13th November, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Transport, in relation to
this matter.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO WORKERS COMPENSATION ACT,
1987.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-403, dated 11th October, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Industrial Relations, and
Employment, in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Industrial Relations, and Employment,
is to take the necessary action to give effect to
Cabinet's decision, including the preparation of the
necessary legislation.
