PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO MINING ACT, 1973 TO STEAMLINE
GRANTING OF LICENCES.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-350, dated 16th October, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Minerals and Energy, in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Minerals and Energy is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.

LUNA PARK, WOOLLOOMOOLOO AND OTHER DEPARTMENT OF STATE
DEVELOPMENT DIVESTED PROJECTS.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-378, dated 3rd November, 1989,
submitted by the Deputy Premier, Minister for State
Development, and Public Works, in relation to this
matter.
The Deputy Premier, Minister for State Development, and
Public Works, is to take the necessary action to give
effect to Cabinet's decision.

FEDERATION OF NEW SOUTH WALES POLICE CITIZENS YOUTH
CLUBS (RE-CONSTITUTION) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Federation
of New South Wales Police Citizens Youth Clubs
(Re-constitution) Bill, 1989, as summarised in Cabinet
Minute 89-394, dated 10th November, 1989, submitted by
the Minister for Police and Emergency Services, in
relation to this matter.
