PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO LANDLORD AND TENANT (RENTAL
BONDS) ACT, 1977.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-365, dated 2nd November, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Housing, in relation to
this matter.
The Minister for Housing is to take the necessary action
to give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.

STOCK MEDICINES BILL, 1989 AND COGNATE BILLS, PESTICIDES
AND ALLIED CHEMICALS (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989, STOCK FOODS
AND MEDICINES (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Stock
Medicines, Bill, 1989, and Cognate Bills as summarised
in Cabinet Minute 89-369, dated 2nd November, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Agriculture and Rural
Affairs, in relation to this matter.

Approval was given to the provisions of the Trustee
Companies (Further Amendment) Bill, 1989, as summarised
in Cabinet Minute 89-372, dated 3rd November, 1989,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
