PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE PUBLIC FINANCE AND AUDIT ACT,
1983.

Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-362, dated 27th October, 1989,
submitted by the Premier, Treasurer and Minister for
Ethnic Affairs, in relation to this matter, including
the preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO LEGISLATION AFFECTING
ENFORCEMENT IN N.S.W.

Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-328, dated 28th September, 1989,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
