CREDIT (VALIDATION) AMENDMENT BILL, 1089.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Credit
(Validation) Amendment Bill, 1989, as summarised in the
Cabinet Minute 89-357, dated 23rd October, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Business and Consumer
Affairs, in relation to this matter.
PROPOSED APPOINTMENT
OF NEW SOUTH WALES.
OF DIRECTOR, LEGAL
AID COMMISSION
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Mr. Mark Richardson be
appointed as Director, Legal Aid Commission, for a
period of five years, as proposed in Cabinet Minute
89-355, dated 23rd October, 1989, submitted by the
Attorney General, in relation to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
arrangements for the necessary medical examination.

Approval was given to the provisions of the
Warehousemen's Liens (Amendment) Bill, 1989, as
summarised in the Cabinet Minute 89-358, dated 23rd
October, 1989, submitted by the Minister for Business
and Consumer Affairs, in relation to this matter.
