PROPOSED AGRICULTURAL ARBITRATION ACT.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-338, dated 6th October, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Agriculture and Rural
Affairs, in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Agriculture and Rural Affairs is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.

PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE MOTOR VEHICLES TAXATION
INCREASE MOTOR VEHICLE TAX.
ACT TO
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-331, dated 3rd October, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Transport, in relation to
this matter, subject to:*
the legislation providing for the additional
revenue to be dedicated to a special fund.
The Minister for Transport is to take the necessary
action to give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
the preparation of the necessary legislation.
