The Attorney General's report was noted.

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE HEALTH ADMINISTRATION ACT,
1982 TO PROVIDE QUALIFIED PRIVILEGE FOR DOCUMENTS AND
PROCEEDINGS OF APPROVED QUALITY ASSURANCE COMMITTEES OF
HEALTH SERVICES, PROFESSIONAL COLLEGES AND PROFESSIONAL
ASSOCIATIONS.

Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-330, dated 4th October, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Health, and Arts in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Health, and Arts is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.
