PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE USURY, BILLS OF LADING AND
WRITTEN MEMORANDA ACT, 1902.
Approval was given to the recommendation contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-17, dated 7th February, 1989,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
•
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED REPEAL OF THE PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS REGISTRATION
ACT, 1945 AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS TO OTHER
LEGISLATION.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-18, dated 7th February, 1989,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.

PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO ESTABLISH A YOUTH ADVISORY
COUNCIL.
Approval was given to the recommendation contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-21, dated 8th February, 1939,
submitted by the Minister for Education and Youth
Affairs, in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Education and Youth Affairs is to take
the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
