PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF PRESIDENT, ANTI-DISCRIMINATION
BOARD.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council that Mr. Steven Anthony Mark be
appointed as President, Anti-Discrimination Board, for a
period of 5 years, as proposed in Cabinet Minute 89-347,
dated 13th October, 1989, submitted by the Attorney
General, in relation to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
arrangements for the necessary medical examination.
