The Attorney General's report was noted.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE PHARMACY ACT, 1964.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-329, dated 28th September, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Health, and Arts, in
relation to this matter, subject to:*

Recommendation 3.7., which was withdrawn by the
Minister; and
inclusion of a provision that the Pharmacy Board be
required to submit an annual report in accordance
with the Annual Reports (Statutory Bodies) Act,
1984.
The Minister for Health, and Arts is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.
