AMENDMENT BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-335, dated 6th October, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for the Environment, in
relation to this matter.

The Minister for the Environment is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.

(AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Fair Trading
(Amendment) Bill, 1989, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
89-339, dated 9th October, 1989, submitted by the
Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs, in relation
to this matter.
