COURTS LEGISLATION (PROCEDURE) AMENDMENT BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Courts
Legislation (Procedure) Amendment Bill, 1989, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-336, dated 6th October,
1989, submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to
this matter.

PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO AMEND THE CORONERS ACT, 1980.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-317, dated 20th September, 1989,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.

LAW REFORM (VICARIOUS LIABILITY) AMENDMENT BILL, 1989
AND COGNATE.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Law Reform
(Vicarious Liability) Amendment Bill, 1989 and cognate,
as summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-337, dated 9th
October, 1989, submitted by the Attorney General, in
relation to this matter.
