September, 1989, submitted by the Minister for Local
Government, and Planning, in relation to this matter.
PERIODIC DETENTION OF PRISONERS (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Periodic
Detention of Prisoners (Amendment) Bill, 1989, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-327, dated 24th
September, 1989, submitted by the Minister for
Corrective Services, in relation to this matter.
