PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME MEMBERS
OF THE RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES TRIBUNAL OF NEW SOUTH
WALES.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council in respect of the following
appointments, as proposed in Cabinet Minute 89-322,
dated 25th September, 1989, submitted by the Minister
for Housing, in relation to this matter:-

full-time members of the Residential Tenancies
Tribunal of New South Wales for terms of five
years, commencing no later than 30th October,

Recommendation 3.2

The Minister for Housing is to take the necessary action
to give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
arrangements for the necessary medical examinations for
the full-time members.
