APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN
OF
THE TRANSPORT APPEAL BOARDS.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 89-320, dated 22nd
September, 1989, submitted by the Attorney General, in
relation to this matter was deferred.
•
PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF A PERMANENT CHAIRPERSON OF THE
RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES TRIBUNAL OF NEW SOUTH WALES.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council in respect of the following
appointment, as proposed in Cabinet Minute 89-314, dated
18th September, 1989, submitted by the Minister for
Housing, in relation to this matter.

Recommendation 3.1
Mr. Raymond John Collins to the Office of
Chairperson of the Residential Tenancies Tribunal,
for a term of five years, commencing on 30th
October, 1989.
The Minister for Housing is to take the necessary action
to give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
arrangements for the necessary medical examination.
