PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS
(INTERCEPTION) (NEW SOUTH WALES) ACT, 1987.
Approval was given to the recommendation contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-289, dated 27th August, 1989,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.

RELATING TO
CIVIL COURTS PROCEDURE.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-295, dated 6th September, 1989,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
