Commission (Amendment) Bill, 1989, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 89-311, dated 18th September, 1989,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.

PUBLIC AUTHORITIES (FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS) AMENDMENT
BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Public
Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Amendment Bill,
1989, as summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-312, dated 18th
September, 1989, submitted by the Premier, Treasurer and
Minister for Ethnic Affairs, in relation to this matter.
12.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE REGISTRATION OF INTERESTS IN
GOODS ACT, 1986.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-286, dated 31st August, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Business and Consumer
Affairs, in relation to this matter, subject to:*
the adoption of the amendments agreed to in the
Minister's letter of 15th September, 1989.
The Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
