PROPOSED LEGISLATION FOR INTERSTATE ENFORCEMENT OF FINES
AGAINST BODIES CORPORATE.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-278, dated 22nd August, 1989,
submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to this
matter.

The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE WAREHOUSEMEN'S LIENS ACT,
1935.
•
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-300, dated 11th September, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Business and Consumer
Affairs, in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
