PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH ACT, 1902.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-288, dated 1st September, 1989,
submitted by the Minister for Health, and Arts, in
relation to this matter, subject to provision being made
for:*
orders rather than closed hearings; and
consent orders.
The Minister for Health, and Arts is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.
