Approval was given to the provisions of the Commons
Management Bill, 1989, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
89-37, dated 17th February, 1989, submitted by the
Minister for Natural Resources in relation to this
matter.
PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE INDEPENDENT COMMISSION AGAINST
CORRUPTION ACT, 1988.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-38, dated 17th February, 1989,
submitted by the Premier, Treasurer and Minister for
Ethnic Affairs, in relation to this matter, including
the preparation of the necessary legislation.
