August, 1989, submitted by the Minister for the
Environment, in relation to this matter.

Approval was given to the provisions of the Marine Port
Charges Bill, 1989, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
89-281, dated 22nd August, 1989, submitted by the
Minister for Transport, in relation to this matter.
