EGG INDUSTRY (REPEAL AND DEREGULATION) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Egg
Industry (Repeal and Deregulation) Bill, 1989, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute 89-249 dated 21st
July, 1989, submitted by the Minister for
Agriculture and Rural Affairs in relation to this
matter.

Cabinet also decided that the question of the
method of financing is to be discussed further with
Treasury.
LEGAL AID COMMISSION (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Legal
Aid Commission (Amendment) Bill 1989, as summarised
in Cabinet Minute 89-246 dated 21st July, 1989,
submitted by the Attorney General in relation to
this matter.

STAMP DUTIES (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1989.
Approval as given to the provisions of the Stamp
Duties (Amendment) Bill, 1989, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 89-172 dated 27th April, 1989,
submitted by the Premier, Treasurer and Minister
for Ethnic Affairs in relation to this matter.
