RURAL WATER PRICING POLICY.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 89-216, dated 21st June, 1989, submitted
by the Minister for Natural Resources, in relation to
this matter.
The Minister for Natural Resources is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.

ENVIRONMENTAL OFFENCES AND PENALTIES BILL, 1989.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 89-106, dated 3rd July,
1989, submitted by the Minister for the Environment, in
relation to this matter, was deferred pending
discussions with the Attorney General.

CORPORATISATION OF THE STATE LAND INFORMATION COUNCIL.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 89-198, dated 18th May,
1989, submitted by the Minister for Natural Resources,
in relation to this matter was deferred.
